On the way from our Japan Trip to Goa, we base in Singapore for the week two global conferences bring the builder world to town. Parents take the talks they want, children build in our vibe-coding hackathon, and the whole cohort shares the city.

A vibe-coding hackathon for children
The week's centerpiece for children is our own build day. Children take an idea, build it into a working thing, and show it, the same arc our children's programming practices all season. It is open to the families traveling with us and to children who are in town because a parent is attending one of the conferences: bring your child, and we will hand them a build day they will not stop talking about.
The exact day and venue are announced to interested families first. Message us to be on that list.

Why this week
The week the builder world is in town
We picked the week deliberately. TOKEN2049 runs October 7 to 8 at Marina Bay Sands, tens of thousands of founders and builders in one place, and the Network State Conference gathers the same week. We will be there to meet families and talk about what we are building. Join a conference if it calls you, or skip the badges entirely: the city itself, and the cohort in it, are the journey.
Each conference is its organizer's own event with its own tickets, booked directly with them. Our journey stands on its own, conferences or not.

Singapore is one of the easiest cities in Asia to land in with children: safe, walkable, English-speaking, and most nationalities enter visa-free for short stays. Check your family's eligibility early so it is one less thing on the runway.
